At 53 Gov Buni has acquited himself as stabilising voice in national politics – APC

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said that Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State, who is also the interim chairman of the party, has proven himself as the stabilising voice in the nation’s political space, having brought sanity to the party.
In a statement issued by the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of APC, Yekini Nabena, to mark the 53rd birthday celebration of the party chairman, APC said “The All Progressives Congress (APC) celebrates the Chairman of the Party’s Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) and Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni on the occasion of his 53rd birthday.
“Our teeming supporters, members and leaders celebrate a true progressive who has undoubtedly proven himself as a peacemaker and stabilising voice in the polity.
“The Party ranks are undoubtedly behind Governor Buni as he leads the important mandate of the APC CECPC to reposition the party and ensure peace, unity, fairness, equity, justice, inclusion and internal democracy in our great party.
“We join well-wishers in praying for Governor Buni’s good health and wisdom as he directs the affairs of the APC, Yobe State and rally party faithfuls and indeed all Nigerians in support of the President Muhammadu Buhari Next Level agenda”.
