Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN Benue State chapter has lamented that the country is heading to anarchy and urged Nigerians to rise up and condemn this satanic act.
Chairman of the Association Rev. Akpen Leva who made the lamentation at a press conference yesterday in Makutdi, said if a governor of a State would be attacked for no genuine reason, it then means that Nigeria is fast becoming a lawless state.
“This is why I urge all Nigerians to rise up to save the country from disintegration. Nigeria belongs to all of us and it is our collective efforts that will save our great country. We also call on the federal government to as a matter of urgency direct the security operatives to without delay arrest those claiming responsibility for such devilish act”.
