The Vicar of Saint Michael’s Anglican Church, Owa Alero in Ika North East Local Government Area, venerable Dr. Jonathan Adudu has called on President Muhammad Buhari to willingly resign as president of Nigeria.
Venerable Adudu made the call in Owa Alero during a chat with press men.
According to him, “I have never felt so pained in my life until I had a sober reflection on Buhari’s leadership style. He has spent over six years trying to prove his competency, yet no head way.
“My pain and that of most Nigerians who feel the same over the prevailing situations in the country has compelled me to call on President Buhari to tender his resignation letter without further delay.
“Please resign now so that the rest of us can sort ourselves out. Ninety percent of Nigerians will agree with me that he has put in his best, but it is unfortunate and very obvious that his best has not in any manner helped us as country”, he stated.
