Communities urges IGP to beef up Security surveillance in Keffi—Kaduna road

Communities of Gitata, Angwan Ayaba in Karu Local Government of Nasarawa State and Barde Town in Jema’a Local Government Council of Kaduna State have called on the Inspector General of Police to urgently deploy security surveillance to the busy Keffi – Kaduna Road in order to bring an end to the incessant robbery and kidnapping

Spokespersons of the border communities Mr. James Bauru and Patrick Francis in an interview with Peoples Daily in Gitatta Wednesday expressed concern on the level of criminal activities along Keffi Barde Junction.

‘‘We are appealing to the IGP to come to the aid of travellers especially those moving to Gombe, Bauchi, Adamawa, Yobe, Maiduguri and Plateau State.”
