Hardship: Use tourism to alleviate poverty —Expert tells Tinubu

Following the economic hardship being faced by Nigerians which was occasioned by the fuel subsidy removal, a tourism expert, Dr. Tobi Bernard Thomas has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to use tourism to alleviate poverty in Nigeria.
He disclosed this while speaking in Kaduna during a cultural event yesterday.
According to him, tourism provides opportunities for local people to increase their dive through multiple types of jobs.
Dr Thomas revealed that tourism infuses an economic boost for any nation along with a steady flow of income and revenues for the government.
Speaking on how tourism can help economically, the expert noted that it has the potential to strengthen the local economy.
