How Gunmen killed Taraba monarch

Available information have revealed how inknown gunmen on Thursday 9: pm invaded the palace of the third class Chief of Sansanani in Gassol local government area of Taraba State, and killed the traditional ruler Alh. Abdullmutalib Jarkada.
People’sdaily gathered that gunmen while on their way from the palace shot and broke leg of a motorcyclist who met with them while they fled the area.
Although the details of the development remained sketchy as at the time of filing this report, as State government is yet to release an official statement regarding the killing.
Meanwhile, the deceased brother, Mr. Salihu Yusuf Sansanani, who confirmed the incident Friday morning, to our correspondent via phone call, narrates: “The Monarch was reportedly shot death in his palace on Thursday night by some unknown gunmen, who also on their way shot and broke the leg of a motorcyclist.
