Celebration enveloped the clouds as Kaduna State Governor, Sen. Uba Sani, commissioned the newly remodeled and furnished Primary School in Kuriga Community in Chikun LGA yesterday.
He noted that the remodeled school is a fulfillment of his promise to the people of the State to ensure quality education for the children.
The Governor reiterated that “Education remains one of the most important agenda of our government because we believe it is a leveler; to give the children of the poor a good education for them to compete and excel as they progress.
“I’m very happy because the children are excited.
“Their academic environment has been enhanced, which is very important, and the children are doing well in school.
“I’ve been speaking to the teachers and they are giving me good feedback. You can see that they are in high spirits.
“So today, I am very happy that people of Kuriga have been peaceful in Kaduna and, as I promised, about 600 schools will also be transformed.”
