Gawuna meets Kwankwaso as realignment of Kano’s political landscape continues
Former governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, has visited Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso at his Miller Road residence in Kano.
The visit by Gawuna, a former deputy governor of the state, which took place on the evening of March 30, 2026, occurred shortly after he announced his resignation from the APC.
Though details of the meeting were not made public, it may not be unconnected with ongoing realignments in Kano’s political landscape.
