Radda Appoints Conditional Cash Transfer Programme Coordinator

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Aminu Alhassan as the State Coordinator of the Conditional Cash Transfer Programme.

The appointment, which takes effect from August 1, 2026, was announced today by the governor’s spokesman, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, in a statement.

The new coordinator is an experienced public servant with a strong background in public administration, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and programme implementation.

He has served Katsina State in several strategic positions displaying professionalism, integrity, and dedication.

“This appointment reflects our commitment to placing competent and experienced individuals in key positions to strengthen social protection programmes and improve service delivery to the people of Katsina State.

“We are confident that Alhaji Aminu Alhassan will serve faithfully, diligently, and in the best interest of the service,” Radda was quoted as saying.

He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening social protection programmes and ensuring government interventions reach the intended beneficiaries.

The governor congratulated the appointee and urge him to justify the confidence reposed in him through dedication, integrity, and accountability.
