Adamawa: NLC unveils FG’s CNG-powered buses for North-East

The president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Joe Ajearo has urged the Adamawa state government to establish re-filling stations for CNG vehicles in the state.

President Ajearo made the demand in Yola on Friday at the unveiling ceremony of the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses for North Eastern states under the Federal Government initiative to boost the transportation sector in the country.

Ajearo said that, ten (10) CNG buses were allocated for the region to ease transportation.

He appealed to the federal government to purchase more buses to ease challenges in transportation sector as 10 buses were not enough for the region.

He commended Adamawa government for the cordial relationship with the NLC and his flight for the civil servants.
