From Umar Dankano, Yola
The Nigerian Society of Engineers, Adamawa state has pledged to partner with Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s administration being an engineering friendly government.
Newly elected chairman of the Society, Engineer Aminu Ahmadu
Yaro made the pledge at the 2023-2025 exco-tenure inauguration ceremony for the elected 10-man state leadership, stressing that, the giant strides recorded in the area of infrastructural development by the Fintiri’s government is where they can translate their professional expertise if given the opportunity.
Engineer Yaro at the ceremony held in Yola weekend said the collaboration will also promote the profession of engineering and to seek for implementation of appropriate policies that would move engineering forward in the state and country at large.
“ I wish to extend this clarion call of ‘Together We Can Make NSEYOLA Greater’ which is a call to all members to bring up ideas and words of counsel that would move the society forward as we are ready to run an all-inclusive administration believing that, a tree cannot make a forest, but trees can.
“Respected engineers! I strongly believe that NSE YOLA belongs to all engineers and therefore only us can uplift the Society to whatever height we aspire it to get to.”
