The chairman of Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) in the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Christopher Zakka Maikalangu, has flagged off the rehabilitation of Dnako community road in the council.
Maikalangu while performing the official commencement of rehabilitation in the community on Monday, promised to continue providing gains of democracy for the people of the council.
He disclosed that his administration had carried out people’s oriented projects across some wards in the Area Council.
He added that his leadership had given more priorities to the construction of roads.
According to him, the present administration of the council had accorded priority to the development of the educational sector, promising to focus on the development of the rural dwellers.
AMAC boss, however, advised the people of Dnako community to safeguard the project being put in place in their community.
Some royal fathers who spoke during the occasion, commended the Chairman for the commencement of the rehabilitation of the road.
