The Management of Aniocha South Local Government Council of Delta State has ordered the immediate dissolution of all standing and adhoc revenue committees in the local government.
A statement signed by the Head of Personnel Management of the Council, Mr Joseph Akpodiete, advised the general public not to pay any of the local government revenue through any committee, agent or contractor, adding that any one who made such payment, did so at his or her own risk.
The statement said that, hence forth, that all local government revenues should be paid into any of the following designated accounts, which include Aniocha South Local Government, Union Bank of Nigeria PLC, with account number, 0010759810 and Wetland PLC, MFB, account number, 1230274964.
