APC aspirant warns youths against violence

An aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Abuja South constituency in the forthcoming House of the Representatives elections, Hon. Sadiq Ahmad, who is also the Director of Conflict Resolutions and Interfaith Matter, has warned the youths against political violence during the 2019 general elections.
Ahmad, who gave the warning in an interview with Peoples Daily Correspondent during the sensitization programme of the youths towards the 2019 general elections which took place at the Kwali Multipurpose Hall.
He also appealed to the youths to always come together to move the country to the next level, instead of engaging themselves in political thuggery.
He charged the politicians to desist from the use of thugs during the elections to ferment troubles.
Delivering a lecture entitled, “Development is the Only Alternative to Political Thuggery and Violence” at the occasion, the chairman of Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon. Abdullahi Adamu Candido, advised the youths to shun any act capable of generating tension during the 2019 elections in the area.
On his part, the Royal father of the Day, Dr. Shaban Nizazo III, who is the Etsu of Kwali, counseled the youths to enroll in schools, challenging them to shine their eyes and elect only credible candidates who would care for them.
