The All Progressives Congress (APC) Adamawa State chapter has reacted to remarks by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar over the recent Boko Haram insurgents attack on the people of Wagga Mongoro community in Madagali Local government area of Adamawa state.
A press statement issued by the party’s State Publicity Secretary, Hon. Mohammed Abdullahi in Yola weekend, accused Atiku of being insensitive to the security and well being of the people despite being in state of fear and uncertainty due to the unfortunate attack.
It further alleged that, Atiku wants to discredit the APC at all cost even though the party is doing a good job in cleaning the Augean stable.
“Competent, patriotic and committed hands are manning the situation now actively supporting our gallant armed forces and security agents.”
