A leading Ogun State House of Assembly aspirant, Hon. Olutayo Oludare, has commended the All Progressives Congress for the successful conduct of its national convention, describing the exercise as peaceful and well-organised.
Oludare, who is also the Ogun State Deputy Coordinator of Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria, praised Bola Ahmed Tinubu for providing leadership that has strengthened unity within the ruling party.
He noted that the growing number of defectors into the APC was a clear indication of confidence in the President’s leadership style.
“The rancour-free convention reflects the stability and unity within our great party under the leadership of President Tinubu,” he said.
The aspirant also lauded Dapo Abiodun, who chaired the National Convention Venue Sub-Committee, for what he described as a world-class arrangement.
According to him, the colourful setting and organisation of the venue met international best practices and added glamour to the event.
Oludare further congratulated the party’s National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, and National Secretary, Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, on their re-election.
He said their leadership had continued to reposition the party for greater achievements.
“I urge the leadership of our party to give more opportunities to young people ahead of the 2027 elections,” Oludare added.
He recalled that the President had affirmed at the convention that Nigerian youths represent not only the future but the hope of a more prosperous nation.
Oludare, who is aspiring to represent Remo North State Constituency in the Ogun State House of Assembly, said the inclusion of youths in elective positions would further drive national development.
