He said “I am a disciplined party man and I would abide by whatever decision taken by the leadership of our party; If they say we should go for concession, I will abide; if they ask us to go for primary to select the party’s candidate, I will also abide.”

Asked whether he would still remain in the PDP if he loses the party’s ticket, Olubolade said he would remain in the party to deliver the state to whoever emerges the party’s candidate.

“All the places I have worked in my life, go and check, I am free of crisis, I am free of corruption, that is what stands me out. If given the ticket, I am confident we will win the state for the PDP because the APC government of Governor Kayode Fayemi has made everything easy for us because the administration has nothing to show for its existence. For almost four years now, except the cosmetic roads. So, our people are tired of the government of deceit being run in Ekiti state, they want change, the people themselves are saying it loud and clear that come June 21, this year, APC government must go’’, he declared.
