APC NWC Endorses Rivers Governor Fubara for Second Term

Date:

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has endorsed Rivers State Governor, Siminalaye Fubara, for a second term in office.

The endorsement, announced on Tuesday, reflects the party leadership’s confidence in the governor’s administration and its evaluation of his performance since assuming office. According to party sources, the decision followed a series of internal consultations and an assessment of political developments in Rivers State.

Governor Fubara, who took office in 2023, has played a central role in the state’s political landscape. The endorsement by the APC NWC is expected to shape political alignments and discussions ahead of the next governorship election.
