As political parties prepare to go into primary elections, community members of Batchit district in Riyom Local Government Area have picked the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) nomination form for Kim Titus Danja to contest State Assembly seat in the upcoming election.
Addressing newsmen yesterday at the state secretariat of the PDP in Jos, Danja said that he has answered and accepted the call from his Batchit community to serve them in Riyom Constituency, Plateau State House of Assembly.
Danja said, “I have come from a community that is worst hit by the violence in the northern part of the state that is Riyom LGA, particularly where I came from Batchit district, and with level of backwardness and poverty, that is why when they called on me, I answered the call of my people”.
