BREAKING: Supreme Court Grants PDP Case Accelerated Hearing

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has granted the request by the Kabiru Tanimu Turaki leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for an accelerated hearing of its appeal.

The Court directed all respondents to file their necessary processes within five days and fixed April 22, 2026, for further hearing.

The Wike-led group had initially requested 20 days, but after deliberations, the parties agreed to 10 days.

However, the Court, reduced the timeline to five days.
