BREAKING: Traders feared dead as 2-storey building collapses in Kano

A two-storey building has collapsed at a popular GSM market in Beirut Road in Kano state on Tuesday.

The incident occurred at about 3:30pm when the building collapsed on traders, food vendors and other people at the market.

According to eyewitnesses, many people are currently trapped in the rubble.

The eyewitness said that three people had been removed alive but severely injured from the rubble.

As at the time of filing this report, rescue operation is ongoing.
