Kaduna State workers erupted in excitement as Governor Uba Sani launched a groundbreaking tricycle and electric motorcycle loan scheme to ease transportation challenges.
Deputy Governor Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, representing the governor at Murtala Square, flagged off the initiative, which allows civil servants to acquire vehicles through subsidized loans repaid via salary deductions.
The scheme, a partnership between the state government, the Nigerian Labour Congress, Paynacle Digital Services Limited, and Optimus Bank, aims to enhance worker mobility and promote eco-friendly transport.
To ensure sustainability, Paynacle Digital Services will set up service and charging stations across Kaduna’s three senatorial districts.
