The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has notify the general public of impending reviewed service fees that would takes effect from August 1st 2025.
According to Commission Release, it wishes to inform the general public, esteemed customers and all stakeholders that in the continued efforts to improve it service quality and delivery.
It has become necessary to review service fees effective ,ist day of August 2025, this decision follow the careful consideration of the prevailing economic realities rising operational costs as well as engagement of critical stakeholders ahead of implementation.
The review of fees is crucial in ensuring that the Commission continue to provide prompt, efficient and technology driven Services that meet the expectations of it’s stakeholders for the benefit of the Nigerian economy.
The Commission hereby assures the general public tht the review is modest, competitive and aligns with it’s efforts to enhance services delivery through digitalized operations and to maintain the integrity of the Nigerian corporate registry.
