Okoye, who plays for Italian Serie A side Udinese, was seen escorting the Grammy-winning rapper to her seat at the fashion event, with videos of the moment quickly going viral on social media.
Their appearances together in Paris and now Venice have continued to generate widespread discussion among fans, with many speculating that the two may be romantically involved.
However,neither Cardi B nor Okoye has publicly addressed the rumours or confirmed the nature of their relationship.
