The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has released a comprehensive breakdown of results from the 2025 recruitment examination phase, giving applicants and the public a clearer picture of performance ahead of the next stage of the exercise.
According to the data published by the Board, the online Computer-Based Test (CBT) held between November 12 and 19 recorded a massive turnout, with candidates spread across various score brackets.
The scoreboard shows that 221,996 candidates scored between 0–40, while 229,155 applicants fell within the 41–60 range. The highest number of candidates—278,543—scored between 61–80, with 142,697 managing to hit the 81–100 category.
A performance chart included in the update also highlighted the level of participation, showing the proportion of candidates who wrote the exam, those who violated exam rules, and those absent entirely.
The CDCFIB emphasized that the recruitment process is progressing as scheduled, adding that Stage 4, which involves physical screening and document verification, will be announced soon.
Applicants have been advised to stay updated through the Board’s official platforms to avoid falling for fake recruitment notices circulating on social media.
