Combat insecurity, provide good governance in Nasarawa – PDP implores Gov Sule

Nasarawa State Chapter of the Opposition People’s Democratic party, PDP, has urged governor Abdullahi Sule to secure safety for the citizens and residents of the state.
This calll is coming on the instance of incessant cases of kidnapping, banditry and other forms of criminalities witnessed in the state.
Addressing pressmen in karu , LGC of the state, a group under the umbrella of concerned members of the PDP alleged that bad governance and the inability of the government in power to tackle the challenges in the state was largely responsible for the rising criminal activities in Nasarawa.
Leader of the group, Shuaibu Danladi opined that “Nasarawa state has been exposed to insecurity due to inability of the government to adequately tackle the security challenges bedeviling the state.
“Citizens and residents now live in fear in Nasarawa state because the government has failed in its responsibility to provide enabling environment for the people to live peacefully, and for businesses to thrive. Why can’t we have increase in criminal activities when our state has become a breading ground for Children without parents.”.
