The Minister of Defence, Gen. Christopher Gwabin Musa, has been praised for his compassionate visit to the family of the late Brig. Gen. B. M. Uba, who lost his life in the line of duty while defending the nation during an operation in Wajiroko, Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State.
In a statement shared on Facebook by Edward John Auta Pama, a historian, public affairs analyst, and advocate for good governance, it was noted that the Minister paid a heartfelt visit to the grieving family, offering his deepest condolences and reaffirming the unwavering support of the Federal Government and the people of Nigeria.
Pama highlighted that Gen. Musa’s presence provided comfort and reassurance to the bereaved family, sending a powerful message of national appreciation for the ultimate sacrifice made by the fallen officer. He described this gesture as a rare and commendable display of compassion and leadership.
