Delta State Chief Judge, Justice Marshal Umukoro, President of the Customary Court of Appeal (PCCA) Justice Stella Ogene and Judges have poured encomiums on Justice Vincent Igometi Ofesi who retired from the State Judiciary on the 24th day of April, 2020.
In a sent forth get together organised in honour of the retired Judge at the Chief Judge’s Quarters yesterday, Justice Marshal Umukoro stated that the conventional valedictory court session normally held in honour of retiring judges could not take place due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
He described Justice Vincent Ofesi as not just an upright Jurist and brother but, a seasoned administrator who is known all over the state, having served as administrator in Patani Local Government Council from 1997 to 1998.
