Kuete Tombra has shared a testimony of her daughter’s miraculous recovery from a kidney-related disease after receiving “miracle water” at Mercyland Deliverance Ministries (CMDM) in Warri, led by Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.

Fufeyin has recently faced criticism, particularly from controversial media influencer VeryDarkMan (VDM), who questioned the legitimacy of the church’s claims regarding the healing powers of its miracle water. However, Tombra’s story stands in contrast to these criticisms, as she credits the water for saving her daughter’s life.

In a video shared by the church on social media, Tombra detailed her journey, explaining how her daughter’s condition had deteriorated after being diagnosed with kidney failure. With mounting hospital bills and no significant improvement, Tombra turned to the church for help after exhausting her resources at a hospital in Akure, Ondo State. Her daughter was bedridden, unable to walk due to severe swelling in her legs and abdomen.

Tombra said that upon arriving at the church in Warri, Prophet Fufeyin administered the miracle water to her daughter. Shortly after, she noticed a dramatic improvement in her daughter’s condition. What seemed like a hopeless situation turned into what she described as a divine intervention.

“I had only N100,000 left, which my uncle had sent to me, and after spending it at the hospital with no improvement, we were asked to run more tests,” Tombra said. “Her condition wasn’t getting better, and they advised us to increase her water intake, but it was difficult to force her to drink. We were exhausted and out of options, so I sought spiritual help.”

Tombra recounted how, to her surprise, her daughter, who had been bedridden, stood up after receiving the water. What had once been a desperate situation turned into a story of hope and faith.

Her testimony, despite the backlash against Fufeyin and his ministry, adds another layer to the ongoing debate surrounding the use of miracle water for healing at the church.
