Officials confirmed on Monday morning that Wednesday’s 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and South Africa’s Bafana Bafana will now start at 6pm.

“We got information that the match will now kick off at 6pm, and not 5pm as earlier slated,” NFF’s Head of International competitions, Bola Oyeyode, said on Monday.

Nigeria will qualify for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations to be hosted by Equatorial Guinea if they can beat the visiting South Africans at the newly commissioned Akwa Ibom International Stadium on Wednesday. Recall that the Bafana Bafana have qualified for the African showpiece after their 2-0 victory over Sudan last Saturday.
