A retired judge of the Federal apital Territory (FCT), Hon. Justice Mwada Balami as well as Estate Developer based in Gwagwalada Area Council, Mr. Mazi Samuel have called on the Federal Government to redouble efforts to arrest the security challenges facing the country.
Both Balami and Samuel, made this call in a separate interview during the just concluded Christmas celebration at their residences in Gwagwalada.
They noted that if the government put an end to insecurity, the farmers would be free from being attacked by the kidnappers, armed robbers and any form of terrorism in their farms.
They further said the scarcity of food being faced by Nigerians was due to the security challenges confronting the nation, and charged the government of the day to do something about it.
on their Christmas messages, justice Balami and Mr Samuel advised the Christians to always emulate the life style of Jesus Christ, and called on both Muslims and Christians to live in peace with each other irrespective of their religious inclinations.
Justice Balami specifically used the Christmas celebration as an opportunity to urge Nigerian judges to uphold the Oath of office being administered by them at all times.
