Angry students of Federal College of Education (Technical) in Gombe were said to have shunned the Minister of Education, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau when he visited the school in order to commission some projects in the college.

The aggrieved students told newsmen in an interview that the visit of the minister to the school has no value, even as they said the school lacked adequate drinking water.

According to them, lack of availability of water in the school has affected their academic performance where every student is working hard to ensure that education should be his priority.
