The youth leader of new kutunku in Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Engr. Danladi Saleh, has called on Gbari speaking tribe to always embrace their Culture in the interest of new generation yet unborn.
Saleh made the call in an interview with newsmen during the 1st edition of new kutunkuGbari cultural Day celebration, held at the kutunku primary school on Saturday
He said the cultural Day celebration was aimed at enlightening the Gbari youths on the previous Culture.
He further pointed out that new kutunkuGbari cultural Day would be holding annually for the benefit of Gbari younger ones in the area.
He, therefore, charged Gbari elders to deem it necessary to speak their language with the children.
Saleh, who is the Commander of the Vigilante group in new kutunku, advised the entire youths of Gwagwalada to shun criminal tendency.
Also speaking, the former Chairman of Gwagwalada, Hon.ZakariShemazakutunku, said he would continue to contribute towards the development of Gbari Culture in the area.
