The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has pledged resolve to continue to recognise and reward staff for hard working and excellence in service delivery.
FCTA gave this assurance during a Luncheon organized in honour of three newly promoted Directors in the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (AMMC).
Making this point, AMMC Coordinator, Chief Felix Obuah, noted that the FCT Administration under the leadership of Nyesom Wike, recognises hardwork and excellence, and is prepared to give incentives/rewards, so as to serve as impetus for others.
Obuah implored all staff to continue striving for excellence, as promotion is a testament of commitment and dedication.
He also advised that staff should know the practical approach to certain hings rather than display their certificates without knowing how to properly function.
However, the Coordinator charged the newly promoted directors to remain steadfast in giving their best in the discharge of their duties.
He equally admonished them to carry along their subordinates in the discharge of their duties.
It was gathered that the three newly promoted Directors in Acting capacity include: Jafaru Iliyasu Bello, who was formerly Deputy Director Finance (AMMC) and now Overseeing Director, (Finance & Account Dept) Satellite Towns Development Department; Buhari Wasiu, Overseeing Director, (Administration) AMMC, and Shaba Goshe, Overseeing Director, ( Facilities Maintenance & Management Department) AMMC.
