The Ministry of Information and National Orientation has embarked on massive sensitization of Jigawa citizens on various federal government interventions.
Speaking during the flagg-off of the sensitization held at federal sectariat Dutse, the State Coordinator Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation Bashir Salisu Galadanchi said, the sensitization aimed at encouraging the citizens particularly from northern part of the country to be aware and access the interventions.
He identified the interventions as free students loans, tailored support and low interest loans to micro-enterprises in the formal and semi formal and informal sectors through Bank of Industry.
Chairman of Lere Local Government, Hon. Mathew Bulus Gambo, expressed appreciation to Governor Uba Sani for setting up a high-powered committee chaired by his Chief of Staff, saying that such is a demonstration of the Governor’s commitment to addressing the people’s plights.
