A completed but yet to be commissioned Vocational and Skills Aquisition Center built by the Delta State Oil Producing Area Development Commission ( DESOPADEC) was at the weekend razed down by fire at Evwren town, Ughelli North Local Government Area of the state.
But official of the Commission who spoke to journalists on condition of anonymity described the incident as pathetic and inhuman, adding that the fire started in the mid night and consumed the Skills Aquisition Center from all areas.
