A former commissioner in Kaduna State, who served under the past administration of the late Patrick Yakowa, Sani Suleiman, has signified his intention to vie for the senate in the coming general election.
Suleiman made this known to Peoples Daily in a signed statement issued in Abuja yesterday.
The erstwhile chairman of Kaduna north local government area, known popularly for the people oriented projects he executed when he was elected under the platform of the defunct All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) in 1999, said he decided to throw in his gauntlet based on the calls he received from his constituency.
