The Madaki of Sabon Gari in Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Alhaji Abubakar Madaki, has called on the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) to provide fertilizers for the farmers in this year’s farming season on time in the territory.
Madaki, who made this call while speaking with Peoples Daily correspondent in Gwagwalada, also urged the council chairman of Gwagwalada Area Council, Adamu Mus tapha Danze to liaise with the FCTA to provide farm inputs for the farmers on time in the area.
He noted that if necessary farm inputs were provided for the farmers on time, it would helpthem to carry out their farming operations successfully.
He, therefore, advised the youths to engage in farming, instead of wasting their time in taking hard drugs that would not carry them to anywhere.
He further warned the youths against perpetrating evils in the society, while calling on both Muslims and Christians to live in peace with each other.
