Goronyo drums support for Atiku

A frontline politician in Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Alhaji Halidu Idrisu Goronyo who is also the Director General of H.D Goronyo Motor Nigeria Limited, has called on Nigerians to come out en masse to support the former Vice President Alhaji Abubakar Atiku for his presidential ambition in 2019.
Goronyo, made the call in an interview with Peoples Daily during the launching of Atiku We Stand Association on Saturday in Gwagwalada, Abuja.
He said it is pertinent for Nigerians to support the presidential ambition of Atiku considering the good works he had done in the past.
He pointed out that Atiku We Stand Association came together in Gwagwalada so as to enlighten the masses on the need to vote for Atiku in 2019.
He urged the masses not to relent in their efforts towards supporting Atiku, saying that Atiku is a politician with a difference.
He also charged the youths to vote credible candidates in 2019 who have the interest of Nigerians at heart, noting that Atiku is the right Presidential Candidate that the youths would rally round for in 2019.
His words: “Atiku is my person and why I like him is that when the former President Olusegun Obasanjo took him to the Court on the Corruption ground when he was Vice President. Atiku won the cases instituted against him by Obasanjo in the court of law”.
On his part, the guest lecturer at the occasion, Alhaji Bello Abdullahi, urged Nigerians to disregard any sentiment on the Atiku presidential ambition, saying that Atiku is a corrupt free man.
