Governor Abubakar Sani Bello has felicitated with the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers and Kontagora Emirate as the 6th Emir of Kontagora, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Saidu Namaska marks 47 years on the throne.
This was contained in a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Mrs Mary Noel Berje.
He said the over four decades reign of the emir has further solidified the unity, growth and development of the emirate which his predecessors laid the foundation.
