Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani has appointed Dr. Yahaya Saleh Ibrahim as the Executive Secretary of, the Scholarship and Loan Board.
A Statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Muhammad Lawal Shehu yesterday, stated that the new Executive Secretary replaces Rilwan Hassan, who has been redeployed and appointed as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Student Affairs.
Additionally, Rev. Ishaya Jangado has been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Religious Affairs, and Hon. Yunusa M. Ibrahim as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Support Groups. All the appointments are with immediate effect.
Dr. Yahaya Saleh Ibrahim is a long-standing academic, environmental public health and occupational safety expert, and astute administrator.
