The FCT Administration has charged staff and other stakeholders to support its efforts to drive comprehensive reforms of the education sector, so as to improve the standard of education in the nation’s capital.
Also, the administration emphasized the critical need for collective efforts and a shared vision to move the sector forward.
This call was made by Permanent Secretary of the FCT Education Secretariat, Mr. Prospect Chukwuemeka Ibe, when he met with the management team of the Education Secretariat.
Ibe noted that the present FCT Administration under the leadership of Nyesom Wike, is committed in changing the educational fortune of the FCT to meet global best practices.
He added that with a clear vision and goals for positive change, working together will achieve the goal of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda as it relates to the Educational sector of the FCT.
He also stressed the imperative of a collaborative approach involving stakeholders in the education sector; saying that with the support of all, the Wike led Administration will lay a solid foundation for qualitative education for residents of the FCT.
He therefore charged all stakeholders to strive to make an impact in the daily discharge of their responsibilities.
