A group known as Benue People of Conscience, B-POC has revealed that Fulani attacks on the State has resulted in the loss of farm produce and property estimated at 500 billion.

This is just as they called on the Federal Government to redeem its pledge of N10 billion to Benue IDPs.

The group in a press statement at the weekend signed by its Chairman John Orshi and Secretary Tersoo Iorbee lamented that deaths occasioned by herdsmen attacks on communities in Benue State have officially been placed at over 5,000 and lauded the establishment of the Benue State Community Volunteer Guards by Governor Samuel Ortom.
