Groups seek greater inclusion,interim leadership amidst party crisis in Adamawa

A Coalition of youth and women support groups of the African Democratic Congress’s (ADC),’ has urged National Working Committee of the party to dissolve the state executive committee in Adamawa state.
Rising from a crucial meeting over the state of the party at the weekend, the Coalition observed with dismay the lingering leadership crisis bedeviling the party in some states including Adamawa, calling on the national and Zonal leadership to dissolve and form an interim committee to handle the affairs of the party.
Chairman of the Coalition, Comrade Muhammad Adamu at a press conference in Yola weekend stated that the dissolution of official is a step towards addressing the leadership crisis in the party.
Adamu while reading the communique of the Coalition’s meeting announced that,the coalition has resolved to ensure youth and women are fully carried along in the leadership and decision making of the party (ADC).
