The Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Gwagwalada Area Council of the FCT, Hon. Ezekiel Umar Biko, as commended the FCT minister, Barr. Nyesom Wike for focusing on the roads rehabilitation across the six Area Councils.
He pledged to run a government of participation where the people would bring their ideas on how to develop the Area Council.
Biko who gave the commendation while speaking to newsmen at his residence in Gwagwalada on Saturday, said if elected, he would establish industries where the youths would be engaged.
He also said if given the mandate as the Chairman of Gwagwalada Area Council, he would focus on agriculture, education, youths/women empowerment and the rehabilitation of rural roads.
