Hisbah operatives arrest 26 miscreants in Sokoto

Hisbah operatives in Sokoto on Thursday arrested twenty-six following raids conducted in five locations in Sokoto metropolis.
The raid took place in Nakasari Area, Hubbare, Offa Road, Sokoto Main Motor Park, and Giginya Hotel.
According to the Commission, the operation was led the Commander General, Malam Usman Abdullahi Jatau, as part of Operation Tsaftace Birnin Shehu.
It said that the raid was aimed at upholding morality, maintaining peace, and cleansing the society of acts that violate the law and good conduct.
The commission stated that it will continue to carry out such raids to ensure compliance with law and order across Sokoto State.
