House of Santé donates 1,000 packs of Baobab Powder to NAHCON for pilgrim wellness

House of Santé, a leading producer of premium wellness products, has donated 1,000 packs of Santé baobab powder to the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) to support the health and wellness of Nigerian pilgrims during the Hajj pilgrimage.

The donation underscores House of Santé’s commitment to promoting wellness and supporting community health initiatives. Baobab powder, derived from the African baobab tree, is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, dietary fiber, and essential minerals, making it an ideal nutritional supplement for pilgrims undertaking the physically demanding Hajj journey.

“We are honoured to partner with NAHCON in supporting the wellness of Nigerian pilgrims,” said Taizir Ajala, C.E.O, House of Santé. “The Hajj is a sacred and physically intensive pilgrimage, and we believe that baobab powder can help pilgrims maintain their energy, immunity, and overall health throughout their spiritual journey.”

The donation was received on behalf of the chairman of the commission by Professor Abubakar Abubakar Yagawal, Commissioner, Planning, Research, Statistics and Library Service (PRSILS), He expressed gratitude for the donation, stating, “We deeply appreciate House of Santé’s generous contribution to the welfare of our pilgrims.

This donation will go a long way in ensuring that pilgrims have access to nutritional support during their time in the Holy Land. We commend House of Santé for its corporate social responsibility and commitment to the well-being of Nigerians.”

The baobab powder will be distributed to pilgrims as part of NAHCON’s comprehensive health and wellness program designed to ensure pilgrims are able to perform their religious duties comfortably and safely.
