The newly elected All Progressive Congress (APC), Chairman in Nasarawa State Alhaji Aliyu Bello has assured the leadership of the Nasarawa state House of Assembly that he would adopt all diplomatic measures towards bringing back the aggrieved APC members who left the party after primaries during the 2023 polls.
Aliyu Bello gave the assurance when he received the Nasarawa State speaker House of Assembly Right Honourable Abdullahi Balarabe and some delegations of members from the State Assembly on a congratulatory visit to him in his office along Shendam Road Lafia, the state capital.
The APC State Chairman told his guests that he has set up modalities towards reconciling all the warring parties across the state, urging them to forget the past and come together for the interest and development of the state and the nation at large, commending the speaker for the visit as well as implored all House members to work in unity.
Speaking, the Speaker of the State Assembly informed the new State APC chairman that, APC as a party in Nasarawa is yet to recover from its crisis occasioned by party primaries in the past, urging the new chairman to use his prowess to bring back all the aggrieved members so as to enable the party grow strength to strength across the nooks and crannies of the state and the nation.
