In a bid to evolve a new political roadmap for the Ikulu ethnic group in Kaduna State, a think tank group, Association of Ikulu Professionals, is to hold its 2014 Political Summit at the Carley Garden & Suites in Kamuru, Zangon Kataf Local Government Area, on Saturday, December 20, 2014.
According to a statement by the president of the group, Mr Stephen Yohanna Jnr, the summit is aimed at providing a platform for members to chart a new political strategy for the Ikulu people.
, “This year’s summit, which theme is ‘Politics in Ikulu land: A Catalyst for Development,’ is playing host to prominent Ikulu sons and daughters, with two speakers invited for the occasion.
“Professor Abdullahi Ashafa of the Kaduna State University is to deliver the main paper at the occasion, while Dr Simon Yohanna of the College of Education Gidan-Waya, Kafanchan, is to deliver a keynote address. Dr John N. Kwasau is to serve as chairman of the event.”
