The Jigawa state governor-elect Alhaji Umar Namadi has promised to continue with all projects inherited from the outgoing governor, Alhaji Badaru Abubakar.
Namadi stated this shortly after receiving reports from transition committee at his office in Dutse.
He explained that sub-transition committees completed their work successfully and presented it before the main committee.
“Today I have received all the reports that contain details of each ministries and MDAs and inshallah I will continue from where governor Badaru stops for better Jigawa state”, Namadi said.
He then promised to run an inclusive government as well as to create enabling environment for empowerment to reduce level of poverty in the state.
While speaking on behalf of the transition committee, Abubakar Saddiq Jallo said, the committees succeeded in compiling the reports easier and faster as it is internally transition within the same party.
Jallo then commended members for compiling a comprehensive and timely reports within a short period of time.
